We needed to work with the business on a much deeper level to see where the monies were being spent and how this could be reduced.

We took the simple steps of reviewing the cashflow of the business and helped our client implement procedures to collect invoices, manage cashflow and reduce debt.

After a number of years, the client has now bought a commercial property to operate their business.
